Elements Cefn Druids Move Expected in October

the following story comes from the Welsh premier website. It reads: "Elements Cefn Druids hope to move into their new stadium sometime during October after contracts were signed by Tesco on Tuesday. The supermarket giant is to build a new store on the Plas Kynaston Lane ground, which has been the Ancients' home since 1961, once the new ground at The Rocks in Rhosymedre has been completed. Subject to options with Wrexham Council also being signed this week, the club says that work will commence at the beginning of next week after preparatory clearing work was completed last month.The project has been substantially delayed by a group of local residents who tried, unsuccessfully, to have the site of the new ground designated as a village green. As a result, the Druids were unable to comply with the criteria for the FAW's domestic license this season and will be relegated to the Cymru Alliance". So to all my fellow ground hoppers and for me of course it will be my first dip into Welsh League football and a major alert for a 'Last Chance To Tick' early next season.
